A spreading, upright succulent with slender, finger-like leaves that have a distinctive powdery blue-gray or grayish-blue color. It grows to about 12–18 inches tall and spreads to form a dense mat, rooting at the nodes as the stems touch the ground. The plant is drought-tolerant, requires full sun, and produces clusters of small, white to yellowish flowers in the summer.
