A vigorous, non-vining, bush-type zucchini that grows upright and is very productive. It is known for its glossy, dark green (almost black) skin, firm creamy-white flesh, and fine flavor, and is best harvested when fruits are 6-8 inches long. The plant typically matures in about 50-60 days and is well-suited for both in-ground and container gardening.
